Inner Landscapes: Creative Wellbeing 4 week Series

Sale Price: £90.00 Original Price: £100.00
  • How can we use creativity to listen more deeply to who and how we are?

  • How can we use mindful creativity to connect to the present moment, self regulate and feel more alive, inspired and content?

  • How can art alter our mood and state of mind?

  • How can we use art and storytelling to heal and adjust our inner narrative?

Join me for a 6 week course comprising of weekly 90 minute online sessions on Tuesdays 20:00-21:30 from Tuesday 5th May - Tuesday 26th May 2026.

Each session will open with a theme, discussion, stream of consciousness writing practice and meditation. Then space will be held to undertake the creative tasks and free style exploration, closing with a group check in and meditation. We will give you a simple easy kit list for the course. Each week (1 week in advance) prompts will be given with the following weeks theme, materials you may want to collect or buy, and reflective prompts to meditate on. Each week there will be a new 10 minute meditation specific to the theme to support your practice.

FAQ:

Will the equipment list cost me a fortune? No, you can buy fancy equipment if you want to, but this entire course can be done with found and household objects, basically for free!

Will this be very time demanding and need lots of planning and organising? No, this course has been designed with a very busy person in mind, the aim is that this makes being creative easier, not harder. You simply need to block out the 90 minute sessions in your schedule, and be ready to read a short email each week with the following weeks themes to mull over whenever you are going about your day to day. If you have the time and inclination, you will be given a weekly 10 minute mindful meditation practice to do.

Do I need to be good at art? Absolutely not! This is not a technical art course, this is a way of tapping into your inner creativity (it’s in there I promise!) and using simple materials as a doorway to nature connection, self connection, meditation and insight.

Will this be very exposing or will I be required to share something personal if I don’t feel comfortable to? No, you only need to share what you feel comfortable with. The course will meet you where you are: whether it’s a quiet and introspective process with little group sharing, or whether you use the safe space to share more freely, it is up to you.

About Jessica

Jessica has been working in the wellbeing sector for 17 years as a mindfulness expert, meditation and yoga teacher. She has also run mindful art sessions for all from children to parents to whole communities and has been selling her ceramics, and drawing and writing for relaxation since 2010.

More and more research is coming out about how creativity is the missing link in wellbeing: providing purpose, community and contentment and measurably addressing issues such as loneliness, depression and anxiety. As adults, for many of us, it has been a long time since we have been given permission to be creative and playful. This is that invitation. I look forward to seeing you on the course!
