This course will run live on Mondays 09:30-10:30 each week from 1st June - 22nd June.
Find 60 minutes too long for online practice? Each class will be taught in 15 minute segments: preparations and drills - Flow 1 - Inversion practice - Deep release and relaxation. So you can jump to the section you need depending on the time you have and the mood you are in.
Join live on zoom, or recevie a video link to practice in your own time as much as you want for up to 30 days after the course ends. We will cover:
