Frequently Asked Questions

Can Beginners Join?

We recommend applicants have an established yoga practice, but you do not need to be advanced, particularly flexible or exceptionally strong. Each body is unique, each student develops at a different rate so we do not specificy how many years you need to have practiced for, or how many classes you have under your belt. Each applicant receives a free consultation with lead teacher Jessica Stewart to check bit the course is for you and also to ensure that each student is not a total beginner to yoga. The course offers a period of increased physical intensity as we train the body and mind, and we want you to have the foundations of a healthy practice before so that you can get the most from this period of acceleration.

How many students are on the course?

The training is called at 16 students to ensure the teacher to student ratio supports meaningful mentorship. For us, ensuring studebts whose goals, experience of yoga and interests are aligned with our course is more important than getting as many people onto a course as posdible. This insured all students’ on our course experience an accelerated rate of learning to very big trainings.

What happens if I miss a weekend?

We encourage you to aim to attend 100% of the course, but we have accounted for students missing one weekend and will help you to catch up. If it is more than one weekend, we may ask you to invest in an online session with your tutors to ensure you have grasped the content missed.

Do I need to teach after graduating?

No - how you want to digest and embody the teachings and experience of the course is up to you! However whilst most students who start the training think they don’t want to teach necessarily, every training we run pretty much 100% of the students are super excited to teach by the time of graduation!

Are payment plans available?

Yes- we understand this is a big investment and we are open to discussing payment plans that will work for you. Please email or discuss on your discovery call.

  4. Your place is secure with the non refundable £500 deposit and payment plan can begin once this is received.

What our graduates say…

Jess and the team delivered the course with expertise and rigour, but also humility and humour. They did not seek to create clones of their (brilliant) selves - rather, they equipped us with the tools to build our own honest, and authentic, teaching practice - in whatever form that might take.'

— Naomi Scott Salisbury, 2018-2019

I enjoyed such an amazing course. The knowledge, warmth and compassion made all the difference, as did the intimacy and size of the group. I would highly recommend this course

— D.M. 2019-2020

This training fosters an incredible journey of self growth and awareness, and will set you up to be an excellent teacher. Two weeks after graduation I was able to teach a public class described by one student as "the clearest instruction she had ever received" in a yoga class. i owe this to jess’ teaching style and delivery.

— Jena Trolio, 2017-2018

inside the room on a yoga training..

This is the part of our day on yoga training where our students practice teaching. We walk you through a 4-step process for teaching with excellence, and give you a couple of sequences to learn as a base. Later on in the course, we guide you through sequencing… where you can get creative with creating classes for different ages, styles, themes and teaching points.
