


Earth Yin - a 5 part series
A 5 part Yin Yoga series that explores, explains and shares practices to find balance and attune yourself to the Earth element from Traditional Chinese Medicine through the Yin Yoga postures, breath-work and meditations.
Yin Yoga is a floor based practice suitable for all, where postures are supported by props and held for longer periods of time (usually between 5-10 minutes). Focus is placed on how chi flows through the body along specific meridian paths, and breath-work techniques and meditations practices enrich the students’ ability to re-centre and self regulate.
This 5 week series can be joined live on zoom 13:30-14:30 Mondays from 22nd September, weekly, until 20th October. Can’t make the session live? No problem. A video link will be shared with all students each week, so that you can practice on demand as much as you like for up to 30 days after the course finishes.
