


Autumn Day Retreat - the art of grounding
Join Jessica for a day retreat at a beautiful studio in Camden to immerse yourself in breathwork, meditation, hatha yoga and yin yoga.
Resurface feeling recharged, grounded and energised. This retreat is a space to learn about the three layers of grounding: physically, energetically and spiritually.
Jessica weaves together wisdom from the ancient lineage of yoga, with modern day evidence-based neuroscience and anatomy to educate students in their own unique tool kit for self regulation and self connection. This retreat incorporates open level hatha yoga, breathwork, daoist moving meditations and sound meditation to tone the vagus nerve and find inner stability, mental clarity and balance.
Jessica is a truly accessible and approachable teacher with 17 years experience, passionate about her subject and empowering her students to feel good in their body and aligned soul and mind. 13:30-14:00: Welcome, introduction to the retreat theme
14:00-15:00: Dao and Hatha yoga - a whole body practice
15:00-15:40: Indian tea ceremony and vegan Buddha bowls
15:45-17:30: Yin and Qi Gong, pranayama, sound meditation
