wellbeing pr & media
I love connecting with people that want to spread the message about yoga, ethical entrepreneurship, female leadership, wellbeing and helping communities and individuals thrive. I have been lucky enough to have been featured in the national press as my studio State Yoga launched mid pandemic, on a podcast that focusses on women’s careers and empowerment, as a self employed mama. I have also produced video content for many companies and networks, including Healthista - featured here! If you would like to connect, collaborate or get me involved in your communications or media platform, feel free to email me below.
here’s my story…

LIVE AT HOXTON RADIO
I popped into chat to David of Hoxton Radio to chew the avocado fat on London’s yoga scene, setting up State Yoga, breathwork and how we can slip a little bit of yoga into every day life…
videos for healthista.
Healthista approached me to create 4 videos that offer a quick and easy yoga practice that supports other sports - ‘yoga for climbing’ ‘yoga for runners’, ‘yoga for weight-lifting’ and a myth de-buster - ‘what does namaste mean?!’
yoga for sports
You don’t need to be a ‘yogi’ to benefit from yoga. You can use yoga to complement many other sports, minimise the chance of injury and improve your performance. I have trained in injury prevention and rehabilitation. So if you need bespoke attention, consider booking a one-to-one. You may also want to look at breath-work, which has a huge impact on reducing stress and improving concentration and performance. Join my course this January here.
