


Fire Yin - a 4 part series
A 4 part Yin Yoga series that explores, explains and shares practices to balance and attune yourself to the Fire element: the heart, triple burner and pericardium meridian lines.
Yin Yoga is a floor based practice suitable for all, where postures are supported by props and held for longer periods of time (usually between 5-10 minutes). Focus is placed on how chi flows through the body along specific meridian paths, and breathwork techniques and meditations practices enrich the students’ ability to recentre and self regulate.
This 4 week series can be joined live on zoom 13:30-14:30 Tuesdays from 24th June weekly until 15th July, or if you cannot make the session live, a video link will be shared so that students can practice on demand as much as they like for up to 30 days after the course finishes.
