Vinyasa for Sirsasana - a 4 week course to find your headstand

Join Jessica for a 4week late Vinyasa course that builds strength and technique for mastering Sirsasana 1, headstand. This course will run live on Tuesday 12:00-13:00 each week from 24th June until 15th July 2025.

Join live on zoom, or recevie a video link to practice in your own time as much as you want for up to 30 days after the course ends. We will cover:

  • Normalising the feeling of inverting (in less scary poses!)

  • Shoulder mobility

  • Core strength

  • Shoulder strength

  • Inversion mindset - mental alignment and confidence

  • How to fall safely

  • Wall drills

  • Counter poses

  • The philosophy behind headstand

  • How to utilise the power. of the breath

  • Meditations to build focus and confidence
