Join Jessica for a day retreat at a beautiful studio in Camden to immerse yourself in breathwork, meditation, hatha yoga and yin yoga. Resurface feeling recharged, reconnected and energised. This retreat is a space to revisit the foundations of what yoga is, the essence of a meaningful practice, the essence of good alignment, the essence of breathwork and meditation, and connection to your essence as a practitioner, whether you are a beginner or experienced, teacher or student.
