This retreat is a space to revisit the foundations of what yoga is, the essence of a meaningful practice, the essence of good alignment, the essence of breathwork and meditation, and connection to your essence as a practitioner, whether you are a beginner or experienced, teacher or student.

Jessica is a truly accessible and approachable teacher with 17 years experience, passionate about her subject and empowering her students to feel good in their body and aligned soul and mind. 14:00-15:30: Hatha yoga - a whole body practice

15:30-16:15: Indian tea ceremony and vegan Buddha bowls

16:15-17:30: Yin, meditation, breathwork.
