Practice with me Vinyasa for Beginners (4 week course)

Vinyasa for Beginners (4 week course)

Join Jessica online for a live 5 week vinyasa course. This course starts on Tuesday 24th June 11:00-11:45 and runs weekly until Tuesday 15th July 2025.

You can join live on zoom, or if you cannot make it live, we will send you a video link to practice on demand as many times as you like, when you like (for 30 days after the course finishes).

The ‘Vinyasa for Beginners’ course has been designed to introduce total beginners and those who have recently started practicing yoga. By the end of the course we aim for you to feel confident enough to join a public yoga class, know your way around the poses, know how to modify each pose to suit your body, and within 4 weeks you can expect to feel better physically and mentally from the practices. We will go through:

  • The 4 key Sun Salutations you will find in most public classes

  • How to use your breath in a vinyasa class

  • Introduction. to the key yoga poses, and how to modify them if you are a beginer, stiff or recovering from injuries

  • How. to use props to get the most from your practice

  • The philosophy that underpins vinyasa yoga
