Virtual day retreat

This is a global time of stillness and reflection. Without opting in or seeing it coming, our normality has been shaken up and many of us are adapting to a very different life at an incredibly accelerated rate.

This is a chance to reflect on what is important, whether the rhythms of our every day life serve us, had you, like me, forgotten the simple joys of walking in nature with nothing on my mind, of taking time to cook and be present and engaged with my family.

So, following the success of (as far as I know) the first ever VIRTUAL DAY RETREAT over Easter, I will be leading another retreat for every one of you that could do with some r and r, yoga and connection.

The virtual retreat will run from 10am-4pm.

It is comprised of 3 parts, which can be dipped into individually or as a whole.

SESSION 1: 10:00-12:15
You will receive an invite to a live zoom online talk, yoga and relaxation practice.

SESSION 2: 12:30-14:30

Go off-line for lunch and a walk armed with journal questions set by Jessie and an audio-guided outdoor meditation.

SESSION 3: 14:30-16:00

The afternoon session will take you through a restorative Yin practice, breath-work and a closing circle.

You do not need to move furniture, get the family out of the way, do anything special... Your partners/family/kids are welcome to be noisy (I can silence them on zoom lucky me!), and dip in and out.

This is the whole point - how can we generate a mindful attitude and the quality of a retreat in this very moment in our lives exactly as it is.

REGISTRATION FOR THIS WILL CLOSE AT 5pm the day before, so that I can send you all the relevant details and links.
