Yoga & Mindfulness Autumn Retreat

I am delighted to offer a retreat to you this autumn in Sussex. This promises to be a weekend of fresh air, tranquility, delicious food and immersing yourself not only your yoga practice, but learning the important principles and practices of mindfulness to take home.

In the last decade, this beautiful family home in Sussex has become an ecological small holding, a retreat for silent meditation days, and this year it opened it's doors to yoga retreats also. It is run by a lovely family of yogis, eco-activists, meditators and event planners who I am proud to call my extended family. 

 

We practice yoga in a spacious, heated wooden-floored library. All yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks are provided for yoga practice.

 

In the cooler mornings and evenings, we practice beside a lit fire, overlooking the grounds of this beautiful Georgian Manor house, Runcton Manor, near Chichester.

Hatha & Yin yoga practice 5-6:30pm

Yoga Nidra 8pm

8:30-9:45am Yoga 

10am - Breakfast

2-5pm Walk

5-7pm Mindfulness workshop 1 & Yin Yoga

8-8:30 - Meditation & Pranayama

8:30-9:45am Yoga 

10am - Breakfast

12-1pm - Mindfulness workshop 2

1pm Lunch

3pm Depart

Massage and taxis to walking route available in addition.
