It's one of my favourite quotes and a reminder to have compassion in our daily lives in how we deal with others and also to have compassion for ourselves (we are often our own worst critic!). In a wider sense, in yoga, a focus on how you 'feel' or are 'feeling' allows us to experience yoga in a different way each time we practice.
