Yoga with Jessica Stewart

Renowned for her down to earth and evidence-based teaching style Jess teaches vinyasa, yin and hatha yoga.

 

Her classes combine anatomical sequencing with neuroscience and yoga philosophy. 

Jessica has been teaching yoga and corporate mindfulness for 12 years, runs a 200 hour teacher training program in London and is founder of state, a beautiful yoga and wellbeing studio in Highgate.
